Khabarovsk is a charming city right on the border of China. While we were there, the temperatures hovered around -18 degrees. Our missionaries are full of enthusiasm to build this wonderful branch. It is uplifting to see the faithful members. Great things are about to happen in Khabarovsk especially with the addition of two terrific sister missionaries.
